At 13 your still really young, your hormones are all over the place and its not uncommon to go thought the "am I gay?" phase. for some people its a phase and others its not.

If you are totally sure of your sexuality and want to tell people then just be honest. Sit your parents down and say "Mum/Dad Im Gay. I am happy with my sexuality, it hasn't change the person I am, im still your son and I hope you can still love and support me."
